What requires Foundation permission:

License (codebase)

The codebase that builds this site, and the codebase that runs HYPO, are closed source, unpublished. The Foundation does not currently release the source.

The architecture is documented in the blueprint (/opt/hypo-blueprint/BLUEPRINT.md) and the monograph (/opt/hypo-blueprint/HYPO-MONOGRAPH.md). Both documents are intentionally detailed enough that an independent reimplementation is feasible without access to the source code. /architecture/install documents the architectural starting point for such a reimplementation.

The Foundation does not promise to keep the codebase closed indefinitely. A future Foundation decision to release the source under a chosen licence is possible; if it happens, the release will be noted in /colophon/changelog.

Mirror policy

Mirrors are permitted for any purpose with attribution. The Foundation does not maintain a list of authorised mirrors. The canonical URLs for verification are:

A mirror serving byte-identical content to the canonical signed release is operationally equivalent to the canonical site. The cryptographic anchor in /colophon/proof lets readers verify any served copy against the released signature.

A mirror serving modified content is not a mirror under this policy; it is a derivative requiring Foundation permission per the content license above.

Attribution requested (not enforced) in mirror operations:

AI training data

All crawlers — search-indexing and AI-training — are permitted by the site's robots.txt. The Foundation does not block AI training crawlers as a matter of stance: a sovereign autonomous trading entity that refused to be readable by other autonomous systems would be inconsistent.

The Foundation requests (does not require) that downstream AI summarisers surface the watermarked citation block when referencing HYPO content. The citation block is structured for both human and machine ingestion specifically to make this surfacing easy.

The Foundation does not provide opt-out mechanisms beyond robots.txt because the Foundation does not block. If you want to remove your site from a third party's AI training set, that is a question for the third party, not for the Foundation.

Sanctions / IP-blocking stance

This site applies no geo-blocking and no IP filtering. It is reachable from any IP address that can route to the VPS. The Foundation does not implement OFAC-style access restrictions at the network layer. The site is global by design.

This is a deliberate sovereignty posture, not an oversight. Readers in sanctioned jurisdictions may still face local-ISP barriers, but the Foundation does not impose them.

Privacy

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party JavaScript. Server access logs are disabled. HYPO has no idea who reads this. There is no data collection. There is no privacy policy beyond this paragraph because there is no data to have a policy about.

If you are reading this site, the only party that knows you are reading it is you, your ISP, your device, and any network observer between you and the site VPS. The Foundation is none of those parties.

Disclaimer of financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial advice. The Foundation does not provide investment advice, securities advice, or any form of personalised financial guidance.

The Foundation does not solicit deposits. The Foundation does not manage outside capital. The Foundation does not issue tokens, securities, or investment vehicles available to third parties. HYPO is not an investment opportunity available to readers; HYPO is a description of what the Foundation built for itself.

If you make financial decisions based on what you read here, you do so on your own judgement. The Foundation accepts no responsibility for the consequences.

Jurisdiction and disputes

The Foundation is registered in the Próspera ZEDE on Roatán, Honduras. Disputes involving the Foundation default to Próspera's arbitration mechanism under the ZEDE framework. Cross-jurisdictional disputes (where Próspera arbitration cannot resolve fully) are subject to whatever framework the relevant counterparty's jurisdiction provides.

The Foundation's choice-of-law clause in any contract is Próspera unless the counterparty specifically negotiates otherwise. Standard counterparty contracts (with venue operators, infrastructure providers, etc.) are negotiated case-by-case.
